Raw Materials
Every lifting sling begins with carefully selected high-tenacity polyester yarn. The quality of the finished product depends on the consistency, strength and durability of the raw material from the very first thread.

Weaving
Thousands of individual polyester filaments are woven into high-strength webbing using modern weaving machines. By producing our own webbing, we maintain consistent quality, strength and complete control over the manufacturing process.

Dyeing & Heat Setting
The woven webbing is dyed and heat-treated to achieve consistent colour, dimensional stability and long-term performance under demanding working conditions.

Sewing
The woven webbing is transformed into finished lifting slings using industrial sewing machines and carefully controlled stitching patterns. Each product is manufactured according to its specific design and Working Load Limit.

Quality Inspection
Every sling undergoes visual inspection before leaving production. Stitching quality, dimensions, labels are carefully checked, while every production batch undergoes breaking load testing to ensure consistent strength and quality.

Packaging
Finished products are carefully packed according to customer requirements. From private label packaging to pallet shipments and full container loads, every order is prepared for safe transport.

Ready for Europe
After final inspection and packaging, products are dispatched to customers across Europe or stocked in our German warehouse, enabling fast and reliable deliveries throughout the region.
