G80 Master Link Assembly - Chain

The G80 Master Link Assembly is a forged alloy steel lifting component designed for assembling 2-leg, 3-leg, and 4-leg chain sling systems. Manufactured from Grade 80 quenched and tempered steel, it meets the requirements of EN 1677-4 and is CE marked for full compliance with European lifting standards.

This assembly consists of one large master link and two intermediate sub-links, providing a safe and reliable connection between the lifting hook and multiple chain legs. The design allows excellent load distribution, making it ideal for multi-leg chain sling configurations.

Each assembly is proof-tested, with permanent identification markings for working load limit (WLL), chain size compatibility, and traceability. Finished with a durable powder-coated safety red paint, it offers high resistance to wear, impact, and corrosion.
